Our turn around time for 'made to order' orders is currently 1-5 days. If you need your items sooner than this, please send us a message!


All items are shipped via standard NZ Post and International orders are shipped via airmail untracked. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please let us know! Additional shipping cost will be applied to your order. 

Please note that we will be sending your item to the address listed on your order. If you need us to ship to an alternate address please send an email with the alternate address as well as the name and order number.


Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on custom orders. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. If we do decide to return your purchase, only the amount of the item itself will be refunded. Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the purchaser.

While we do our very best to package your goods with care, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Shipping is a third party service, and once we have placed it in the delivery service's hands we have no power over timely delivery, loss or damage.


We are more than happy to do custom orders! We can make our felt products in a variety of other colours (please see our swatch for available felt colours) if you are wanting something entirely different just send us a message!
